My name is Micaiah Gosman. I am a Realtor® and Real Estate Investor in Fredericton, NB, Canada! I have a background in the engineering and construction industries, and have honed my eye for detail – which helps me provide my clients with information to help them make the most informed choices possible.

When I’m not immersed in the world of Fredericton real estate, I have a passion for exploring new horizons and creating memorable experiences. I’ve performed at the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival, I’ve been blessed to be able to travel to Greece, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Peru, and I stay active through basketball, golf, softball, and hockey. I also love a long walk with my wife, two sons, and our beloved golden retriever!
